tl777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of these conditions. Where funds are held in a closed account, the disposition of those funds will be determined in accordance with applicable sections of these Terms & Conditions and, where relevant, applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use tl777 you must register an account by providing accurate and complete personal information as requested during the registration process. tl777 operates a one-account-per-person policy. The operation of multiple accounts — whether by the same individual or through shared household use — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts associated with that person, together with the forfeiture of any outstanding bonuses.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. tl777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tl777 support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

tl777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported mobile wallet providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your tl777 account balance upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. tl777 does not impose any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which tl777 bears no responsibility.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on tl777:

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳50. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by tl777, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one to twenty-four hours for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may experience extended processing times, and tl777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals will be made to the same mobile wallet used for the corresponding deposit. tl777 does not process withdrawals to mobile wallet accounts that differ from the depositing account unless a specific exception has been authorised by tl777 customer support following identity verification.
• tl777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC has been previously completed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies equally to all players.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you must notify tl777 support immediately and must not use the erroneously credited funds. Any use of funds that have been credited in error, whether intentional or otherwise, may be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension or closure and the recovery of those funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a conflict between bonus-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Bonus funds may only be used for wagering and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting errors in the platform's odds or game calculations, and systematically reverse-engineering bonus terms to extract guaranteed profit.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker, match-fixing in sports betting, or coordinated wagering strategies in live casino games.
• Using funds in your tl777 account that derive from criminal activity, or using the platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering under applicable law.

7. Responsible Gaming

tl777's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your tl777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
